At Rocky Fitness, we hold our standards high with regards to all of our coaching.
We provide our high level programming that you will follow with however much equipment you have available, whether that be a few dumbbells or bands when on holidays/at home or a fully equipped gym, we will ensure you make maximal progress.
Our Online Coaching and Training system is something we pride ourselves on as we provide an expert level service while all being done through a mobile app!
Our Online Coaching Service is not just Zoom classes where you do the sessions in your house through a laptop screen.
We have 2 options when it comes to training Online with Rocky Fitness:
Option 1: 1-1 Program and Online Coaching
You will be coached through your personalised training plan for your own gym facility anywhere you are based.
This comes alongside constant guidance, support & expertise on technique from the coaches at Rocky Fitness.
Your coach will help adjust the individual lifestyle & nutrition changes that are needed in order for you to reach your goal in the most sustainable and enjoyable way possible!
Option 2: Hybrid Training
This is an option where you you can train at Rocky Fitness twice per week and also follow the same program or a slightly adapted version in another gym or with whatever equipment you have available!
Again you will receive the guidance, support & expertise from the coaches at Rocky Fitness.
This option is for those who want to level up their strength training, functional fitness and conditioning abilities but cannot make it into Rocky Fitness more than twice per week.
The best part about this option is that you will continue to be involved with the other members, coaches and the Rocky Fitness community as you progress in your training, inside and out of the gym.
