The goal of our Lifestyle challenge is to encourage people to make changes to their day to day habits and be able to sustain that over a long period of time.
This is why our challenge that starts off in September will go on for 6 months, in comparison to other unsustainable challenges that are 4 or 6 weeks long and add no long term change to your day to day life.

Our Coaches will be in very frequent contact to ensure you are going in the right direction and staying consistent.
Not only that but we will have multiple options available for tracking your progression.
